Autonomy of Public Tertiary Institutions. Some people argue that it is not right to give Colleges of Education, Colleges of Technology and Institutes of Health Sciences autonomy to run like the UB, BCA and BAC among others because this will be expensive to Government and that the institutions are not ready to run their affairs. What are your views on this matter? |

Rate of participation in Tertiary Education. Some people feel it is worthless to give more Batswana tertiary education qualification if they will not get jobs after their education/training? Do you agree? |

Registration of Private Tertiary Institutions and Government sponsorship of students to this Institutions. Were the decision by the TEC to register some private tertiary institutions and subsequent Government’s decision to sponsor students to these institutions right? What are the positives and negatives of these decisions in your opinion? |
