Q: |
What is the difference between the TEC and BOTA (Botswana Training Authority)? |
A: |
Botswana Training Authority is mandated to deal with Vocational Education and Training. The Plan is for TEC to start funding public tertiary institutions around 2008/09. This will be following the approval of a new tertiary education policy by government. The policy will also recommend new ways of governing tertiary institutions that are government funded. |
