Vision

By 2015, the Tertiary Education Council will have developed a relevant, dynamic, accessible, equitable, and internationally competitive tertiary education system.

Mission

The mission of the Tertiary Education Council is to plan, develop and co-ordinate a well-resourced and comprehensive tertiary education system contributing to Botswana becoming a knowledge-based society.
