QUICK REFERENCE ON REGULATION OF INSTITUTIONS

The Road to Becoming a Tertiary Education Council Registered and Programme Accredited Institution (programme accreditation for private institutions only).

All institutions interested in offering tertiary education from Diploma programmes and above are required to register with the Tertiary Education Council. The institutions would thereafter go through a process of accreditation after three years of registration or one year of operation.

Registration of institutions which is the recognition of the whole institution requires applicants to submit an application based on the laid out requirements for registration.
